For cousins Martin Kennedy, Craig Wilson, and Stuart Manock, this year’s Etape is deeply personal.
They’re riding in memory of their Gran, Aileen Ligertwood, who dedicated years to @macmillancancer on the Inverness committee before passing away last year at age 93. 💚
This is no small feat - none of the trio were cyclists before signing up, and two didn`t even own a bike! They`ve been training hard to tackle the 66-mile course to continue Aileen’s legacy of helping others.
We’re so inspired by their grit and motivation. Let`s show them some Etape support! 👏

💙 Cyclist`s Story: Callum Kelsey
"I felt like I was just going through the motions, not truly living."
Following the tragic loss of his best friend to suicide last year, Callum was determined to honour his friend`s memory and set himself a challenge: to lose 35kg and complete the Etape Loch Ness.
He has already smashed his £1,000 target for a mental health charity.
Good luck, Callum! We are all rooting for you at the finish line.
